"Lucy and Carolyn, the retreat leaders, created such a supportive and loving environment. From the moment I arrived, I felt so cared for in every way. The yoga sessions were both educational and approachable, offering the right balance of challenge and accessibility for all levels. They provided plenty of options for each pose, which made the practice feel personal and empowering." - Aubree L.
