Testimonials:
“My time at the retreat was truly transformative. The atmosphere was relaxed and rejuvenating, with a perfect balance between yoga classes, free time, and guided activities. What stood out most to me was the sense of community — I not only deepened my practice but also made lasting friendships that I cherish.
Lucy and Carolyn, the retreat leaders, created such a supportive and loving environment. From the moment I arrived, I felt so cared for in every way. The yoga sessions were both educational and approachable, offering the right balance of challenge and accessibility for all levels. They provided plenty of options for each pose, which made the practice feel personal and empowering.
Throughout the retreat, I experienced a shift in mentality and gained incredible clarity in my mind. I left feeling nourished, loved, and deeply inspired. I would wholeheartedly recommend a retreat with Lucy and Carolyn — it was a truly enriching experience, and I look forward to joining another one in the future.”

“It was more than I could have hoped for!
Everything was completely organized yet there was no pressure whatsoever to do something if not feeling it.
Lucy, Carolyn and Kait are that rare team. Their intuitiveness and dedication to practice left me in awe. I felt so restored after my sessions with them.”
