Yoga and Retreats with Lucy


About me:
I have been practicing yoga for 30 years and informally teaching fitness classes for over 10 years.  I received my YTT200 hour yoga certification in 2024 at the Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico. I look forward to sharing my energy and love of movement with you.

Leading from the heart and listening to the wisdom of the body, I focus on movement that builds mental and physical strength, as well as an overall sense of balance. Yoga classes will be a slower paced Hatha style class with an emphasis on breath awareness, proper alignment and holding poses giving users a sense of a considered, empowered fulfillment.
